ICT Helpdesk Analyst (X3)

Savings and Loan Society NCSL is currently undergoing an exciting transformative journey to further enhance its service to members and to be ready for the future.
To strengthen our ICT Team and to be part of this transformative journey, we are inviting applicants for the following positions to be based at the Head Office in Port Moresby.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and provide IT administrative support, desktop support and manage day to day ICT issues.
  • Provide first-level PC, printer and network support for head office and all NCSL branches.
  • Ensure security best practices are adhered to.
Essential Qualifications, Technical Skills & Experience:
  • Relevant diploma or degree Qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of customer service and ability to respond quickly to issues.
