Senior Enterprise Engineer (Network& Server)

NCSL, the largest Savings and Loan Society in PNG with over 150,000 members, is currently undergoing an exciting transformative journey to further enhance its service to members and to be ready for the future. To strengthen our ICT team and be part of this transformative journey, we are inviting applicants for
the following position.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will be required to effectively;
• Design, implement and maintain NCSL’s enterprise-level network and server systems,
• Monitor and recommend best fit for purposes on ICT related solutions and ensure value for the cost is derived,
• Establish as a critical contact point in emergency system response procedures that incorporate internal and external parties,
• Work with relative security advisors and teams to ensure enterprise systems are following security best practice,
• Provide adequate support to remote support teams in Australia or other parts of the world,
• Respond promptly to network and server-related issues, providing effective solutions that minimize system downtime,
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted connectivity,
• Manage external links connecting NCSL branches and external-facing Digital Channels,
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

Essential Qualifications, Technical Skills & Experience:

• Proven exposure in managing network and server infrastructure with minimal downtime in a similar environment,
• Demonstrated exposure in both local and overseas vendor engagement and support to support infrastructure,
• Possess more than five (5) years of proven exposure in a similar work setting and evidence of results on delivery,
• Degree Qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,
• Professional Certifications (CCPN) or Microsoft certified and Azure solutions architect experience would be advantageous,
• Strong customer experience and ability to interact and cooperate with all staff and maintain professionalism that meets company core values.
