How to Apply

To open a Christmas Savings Account, you must first become a member.

You must be an existing NCSL Member.
You can open a Christmas Savings account using MyNCSL Member Online.
Must complete a salary deduction authorization form to nominate Christmas savings account. For first time members, complete a Member Application Form and nominate Christmas savings as your optional account.
Must provide one (1) form of valid ID.
