MyNCSL Member Online conveniently allows you to manage your savings and loan online without having to visit a branch. Apply for loans, check balances and more all for the comfort of your home or office. 

  • Savings can be accessed once a month.  
  • Withdrawn funds are transferred to the Poro account for easy and convenient access by using your Poro Card. 
  • Minimum withdrawal amount of K200.00. 
  • K20.00 minimum fortnightly contribution. 
  • No Monthly account keeping fee is charged.

How to Apply
  • You must be an existing member to apply for MyNCSL Member Online.
  • Must be 18 years of age and above
  • Must complete the Membership Application form
  • Provide one (1) valid ID
  • Submit application at any NCSL branch or email to Call Centre on  callcentre@ncsl.com.pg

  • What is MyNCSL Member Online?
    It is a service that allows you to access your accounts anywhere using a Mobile App or Web Browser that has access to internet service.
  • What are the requirements for MyNCSL Member Online?
    Existing members will only provide 1 valid identification (ID copy). eg; NCSL/ NASFUND membership card. New members must provide 2 forms of identification
  • How do I access MyNCSL Member Online?
    Register your email address and mobile number with a valid identification. 
  • What if I change email addresses?
    You will be required to complete a Member Update Form to amend your email address on our records. You can call our Call Centre on phone 207 2000 or email callcentre@ncsl.com.pg
  • How long does it take for funds to be transferred to commercial bank?
    It takes the same day of the time a transfer is authorized
  • Are transfers allowed to other accounts in commercial banks?
    Yes. Transfers are allowed to other commercial bank accounts.
