NCSL cannot guarantee its absolute security. By using the NCSL website or our services, members understand and accept this risk.

This website (and other NCSL applications) may contain links to other websites. These external websites maybe operated by third parties. NCSL provides these links for member convenience, but NCSL does not review, control, or monitor the privacy practices of websites operated by third parties.

7.0 CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

NCSL reserves the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time and we encourage members to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

NCSL will notify members of any material changes made by NCSL to the Privacy Policy, either through the email address members’ have provided to NCSL or by placing a prominent notice on our website.

8.0 RETENTION OF DATA

NCSL reserves the right to retain all Personal information for a maximum of 7 years, after this period all personal information stored with NCSL will be deleted. NCSL reserves the right to delete personal information at an earlier date or upon request from members.

9.0 MEMBER RIGHTS OVER PERSONAL INFORMATION / DATA

Members may request a copy of their own personal information that is stored by NCSL. Members may also request that we delete any Personal Information through the contact details mentioned below. This does not include information NCSL administratively requires to manage membership accounts or are legally required to hold as part of individual membership with NCSL.

In addition to the above, members also have the right to:

Access and Update: access, correct, or update member personal information.
Opt-Out: opt-out of receiving marketing communications from NCSL by advising us of such decision
Cookies: manage cookie preferences through their individual browser settings.
