Mr Ian Tarutia established NCSL in October 2003 and served as founding Chairman until July 2023. He previously served as CEO of Nasfund for 15 years.
Mr Tarutia holds a Bachelor of Business Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Papua New Guinea.
He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the PNG Institute of Directors.
Currently, he serves as President of the Papua New Guinea Chamber of Commerce & Industry and is a former President of the Papua New Guinea Institute of Directors.
