We are seeking applications from suitably qualified person for these roles based at our office in Waigani, Port Moresby and Lae, and reporting to the respective Regional Branch Managers.
2x Senior Customer Service Officers (Pom & Lae)
The successful applicant must have minimum three (3) years’ experience in supervision, and providing the leadership and guidance to the Branch, and ensure targets are achieved as per scheduled.
The successful applicant will be required to effectively;
- Monitor and drive membership growth within the Branch location,
- Ensures that branch officers conduct regular employer visits to promote NCSL’s products and services and the use of the e-Channels,
- Ensures branch officers contribute to selling a targeted number of loans that will contribute to both NCSL’s loan interest and fee income,
- Provides all the necessary support to the branch officers to ensure timely delivery of services to all NCSL members as well as assisting with all the NCSL sales and marketing activities,
- Promotes continuous improvement by proactively providing suggestions on changes to policies and procedures which would assist with risk management and improved service delivery,
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
Job Requirements
Essential Qualifications, Technical Skills & Experience:
- Proven exposure in a similar role and growing cliental base,
- Demonstrated exposure in promoting a risk culture within the business and improvements recommended are actively implemented,
- Possess more than three (3) years of proven exposure in a similar work setting and evidence of results on delivery,
- Degree Qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Business Management or related field,
- Strong customer experience and ability to interact and cooperate with all staff and maintain professionalism that meets company core values.
