Banking & Receipting Officer

To strengthen our Banking & Receipting team and be part of this transformative journey, we are inviting applicants for the following position.

Banking & Receipting Officer 

The successful applicant will be required to effectively;
▪ Monitor and receipt out all unprocessed direct deposits on core banking system and undertake daily reconciliation of schedules,
▪ Coordinate with branches nationwide and employers to provide all receipts and schedules for unapplied payments showing on core banking system,
▪ Conduct employer visits at site to provide coaching and guidance on electronic schedules and employer portal where required,
▪ Monitor and undertake daily checks with commercial banks to identify unknown deposits and allocations are done appropriately,
▪ Conduct awareness sessions to branches nationwide on use of electronic schedules and collection of schedules. Essential Qualifications, Technical Skills & Experience:
▪ Diploma Qualification in Banking & Finance, Business Management or related field with some exposure in the Banking & Finance Industry,
▪ Strong customer experience and ability to interact and cooperate with all staff and maintain professionalism that meets company core values,
▪ Excellent communication skills with a customer focus,
▪ Undertake other duties as directed by the Team Leader Banking & Receipting.
