Call Centre Agent

Savings and Loan Society NCSL is currently undergoing an exciting transformative journey to further enhance its service to members and to be ready for the future. To strengthen our Call Centre Team and to be part of this transformative journey, we are inviting applicants for the following position.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring that incoming correspondence via call centre emails are acknowledged within same day and follow ups actioned on a timely manner.
Deliver exceptional phone etiquette services to members.
Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner and effectively communicate NCSL`s product range and services.
Resolve internal/external customer enquiries and problems quickly, accurately and in a professional manner.
Identify and escalate priority issues and build a sustainable relationship by way of engaging customers in cross selling other NCSL`s products and service offerings.

Essential Qualifications, Technical Skills & Experience:

Diploma Qualification in Business Management, Marketing, or Customer Service,
Strong customer experience and ability to interact and cooperate with all staff and maintain professionalism that meets company core values,
Proven exposure in providing first-class customer service in a timely manner in a similar work environment.
