Savings and Loan Society NCSL is currently undergoing an exciting transformative journey to further enhance its service to members and to be ready for the future.

To strengthen our Risk and Compliance Team and to be part of this transformative journey, we are inviting applicants for the following position.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Internal Audit Plan and determine scope of Internal Audit engagements,
Perform Internal Audit procedures, prepare and present reports providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Conduct special reviews as and when required by the Management and the Audit Risk Committee (ARC).
Identify areas of risk and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Essential Qualifications, Technical Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Management or related field,
• Audit experience in a similar industry.
• High attention to details and excellent analytical skills,
• Sound independent judgment,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• CPA or IIA membership is an advantage however not a prerequisite,
