Savings and Loan Society NCSL is currently undergoing an exciting transformative journey to further enhance its service to members and to be ready for the future. To strengthen our HR Team and to be part of this transformative journey, we are inviting applicants for the following position.
• Assist the Payroll Coordinator to process end to end payroll processing and ensure processes conform to applicable regulations and standard,
• Liaise with team leaders and managers for all payroll related matters and ensure they are addressed in an amicable manner
• Provide all payroll reports in a timely manner for reporting purposes and ensure remittances to IRC and Superannuation Contributions are done as per scheduled,
• Administer all staff medical insurance cover responsibilities and ensure staff received the appropriate treatment,
• Monitor the NCSL fleets and ensure they are roadworthy and maintained at all times,
• Perform any other duties as and when requested by the supervisor
• Diploma Qualification in Business Management, Psychology, HR or related field,
• Exposure in payroll packages, Attache, CHRIS 21and other payroll systems,
• Possess more than 3 years of exposure in a similar role,
• Strong customer experience and ability to interact and cooperate with all staff and maintain professionalism that meets company core values,
