NCSL, the largest Savings and Loan Society in PNG with over 165,000 members, is currently undergoing an exciting transformative journey to further enhance the service to members and to be ready for the future.
We are currently seeking a Digital Innovation & Design Officer based at our Head Office and reporting to the Team Leader Digital Innovation & Design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with NCSL IT, Branch Network, Lending, Marketing and other business units to develop and deliver member value propositions that grow revenue from existing and new products and solutions,
- Maintain excellent and on-going relationships with existing stakeholders, with an emphasis on regular communication,
- Communicates and proactively coordinates efforts directly with various teams within NCSL Business Units, NCSL large, medium, and small employers, to advance knowledge of our digital channels within the organization,
- Reviews member feedback and proactively monitors digital customer-facing systems to detect problems and provide solutions,
- Enforcement of digital standard best business practice within NCSL,
- Provide to management accurate, timely and relevant reporting on all regulatory and group reporting for the Digital Innovation & Design, as well as all operational and administrative support,
Job Requirements
Essential Qualifications, Technical Skills & Experience:
- Diploma Qualification in Banking& Finance, Accountancy, Business Management or related field,
- More than 3 years’ experience in Digital in a Banking and Finance Industry,
- Competent in Digital Services support and implementation,
- Intermediate MS skills in Word, Excel & Outlook,
- Strong analytical skill and accurate business judgement,
- Use strategic intuition to identify value creation business opportunities,
- Strong presentation, communication and negotiation ability.
