Mr Henry Pupu holds a Bachelor in Business Management (majoring in Human Resources Management) from the University of Papua New Guinea and is a member of the PNG Human Resources Institute.
He has over 12 years of leadership and supervisory experience with organisations including OK Tedi Mining, South Pacific Brewery Ltd, Coffey International, and Remington Group, before joining NCSL as Manager Human Resources in 2018.
He is passionate about delivering best practice HR advice and support at all stages of the employee engagement cycle.
