NCSL, the largest Savings and Loan Society in PNG with over 152,000 members, is currently undergoing an exciting transformative journey to further enhance its service to members and to be ready for the
future. We now seek to recruit a new Digital Innovation & Design Officer to further strengthen our Digital Services Team.
• Support the Team Leader Digital Innovation & Design to deliver digital and payment solutions within the business,
• Analyze and utilize data to deliver strategic insights to improve customer experience with other digital channels,
• Develop and enhance customer centric digital online services such as Apps, USSD, online personal banking,
• Create dashboards by pulling data from a variety of sources, focusing on impact-driven metrics,
• Monitor and enforce digital standard best business practice within NCSL,
• Coordinate schedule testing and deployment of all business user acceptance testing of NCSL digital channels,
• Provide timely reporting on all regulatory and group reporting for the Digital Banking Business.
• Proven exposure in end-to-end service delivery on all Digital Banking services,
• Demonstrated exposure in initiating and implementing improvements in all areas of Digital Banking Services,
• Possess more than five (5) years of proven exposure in a similar work setting and evidence of results on delivery,
• Diploma Qualification in Banking & Finance, Accountancy, Business Management or related field,
• Strong customer experience and ability to interact and cooperate with all staff and maintain professionalism that meets company core values.
