YourNCSL is an online service that allows registered employers to securely manage their employee contributions at the comfort of their office.
You can perform the following functions on YourNCSL as a registered employer:
To register, you must meet the following requirements:
Send your completed application and requirements to contributionupdate@ncsl.com.pg
for processing. Your user’s login credentials will be sent to your registered email address by NCSL.
An application form for New Employer Online Users can be obtained from the NCSL website or requested for via email contributionupdate@ncsl.com.pg
You can access YourNCSL on most web browsers like Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. For best experience, ensure that your web browser is up to date.
On YourNCSL login page, click on Forgot Username? and follow the instructions to retrieve your username. You will be prompted to authorise request with a One Time Password (OTP) and your username will be sent to your registered email address.
On YourNCSL login page, click on Forgot Password? and follow the instructions to reset your password. You will be prompted to authorise request with an OTP and a Reset Password link will be sent to your registered email address.
Login to YourNCSL and navigate to Member Monitoring Console. A list of all employees linked to the employer will be displayed with their member details such as date joined NCSL, status, and total contribution amount.
Login to YourNCSL and navigate to Member Monitoring Console and select Contribution Bulk Upload
Review and Click Submit
Employers have 10 working days from the due PPE date either fortnightly or monthly to ensure schedule is loaded and payment is done and that corresponding schedule to be processed within the 10 days grace period.

with the payment remittance advice.

No, NCSL does not charge the employer fees for late or overdue contributions, however your employees are affected where their accounts are not updated on time, or their loan accounts fall into arrears.
Yes, additional payments are accepted. Employees are advised to state their Member ID and Purpose of Payment as their description. For example, 123456 Loan Repayment
We accept contribution payment via interbank transfers, online payment, or direct deposit to our NCSL accounts held with the local commercial banks.

Login to YourNCSL and amend the contribution amount under the Member Monitoring Contribution or the employee can amend their contribution on MyNCSL.
For corrections to be made on the contribution pay file, contact your Portfolio Manager or email contributionupdate@ncsl.com.pg for assistance.
Retry the submission after a few minutes. If the issue continues, contact your Portfolio Manager or email
contributionupdate@ncsl.com.pg for further assistance.
