NCSL, the largest Savings and Loan Society in PNG with over 147,000 members, is currently undergoing an exciting transformative journey to further enhance its service to members and to be
ready for the future.

We now seek to recruit a new multiskilled Senior Graphics Officer to further strengthen our Marketing Team. The Senior Graphics Officer is responsible for designing and creating concepts per our branding guidelines for publicity, promotions, and co-ordinate promotional activities and events in line with marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will be required to effectively;
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within our established brand identity,
• Monitor and evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and recommend appropriate plans to keep abreast with competition,
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, illustration collateral, signage, internal
communications, and marketing materials,
• Develop concepts by hand or with software and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of our Brand Guidelines.
• Analyze and initiate potential partner relationships for promotional programs as part of the customer value proposition offering,
• Lead and manage all aspects of print production and distribution throughout the network,
• Monitor and oversee procurement of marketing and promotional items to ensure expenses remain within agreed budget,
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

Essential Qualifications, Technical Skills & Experience:

• Five or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver etc.
• Proven exposure in Graphics Design and Communications to deliver on expected targets to support overall marketing strategy,
• Demonstrated exposure in market research and analytics and recommending appropriate plans to remain in par with competition,
• Degree Qualification in Graphics Design or related field with some certification in Graphics,
• Strong customer experience and ability to interact and cooperate with all staff and maintain professionalism that meets company core values,
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment,
