All NCSL Offices will be closed over the Easter Period.
- Good Friday – Friday, 3 April 2026

NCSL will have scheduled system maintenance on Saturday, 21 March 2026, from 1pm to 3pm.
During stated time, Poro Card transactions on ATM and EFTPOS will be intermittently unavailable.
All other digital services such as MyNCSL & Mobile USSD will remain accessible as usual.

Temporary Closure
Lae Service Centre
Dear Valued Member,
Our Lae Service Centre is temporarily closed due to a sanitation issue affecting the premises. This measure has been taken to ensure the health and safety of both our members and staff.
We will provide an update once the centre is safe to reopen. In the meantime, our Lae Top Town Branch remains open for members who wish to speak with us.
Alternatively, our digital services continue to be available as usual.

Protect Your Account Credentials
Dear Valued Members,
NCSL Savings & Loan reminds all members of the critical importance of safeguarding your personal access credentials. This includes your MyNCSL login details, Mobile Banking PIN, and Poro Card and PIN.
To maintain the security of your accounts, please observe the following:

Do not disclose your usernames, passwords, or PINs to any individual under any circumstance.

NCSL will never request your login credentials or PINs via phone calls, email, SMS, or social media.

If you suspect that your information may have been compromised, contact NCSL immediately for assistance.
Keep Your Personal Information Updated & Secure To further strengthen the security of your NCSL account:

Regularly Update Your details: Keep your mobile number, email, and address current.

Report Unauthorized Changes: Notify NCSL immediately if you receive an alert for changes you didn’t make.
