Highlights of the 11th AGM

The 11th NCSL Annual General Meeting brought together members and employer representatives from both corporate and government sectors, reflecting the strength and continued growth of the Society.

The AGM provided members with important updates on NCSL’s financial performance, governance, services, and future direction. Through the interactive Q&A session, members and employers also had the opportunity to engage directly with the NCSL Board of Directors and Management.

We sincerely thank all members and employer representatives who attended contributing to the success of the AGM. Your trust, loyalty and support continue to inspire us to keep delivering reliable services and responsible financial solutions to improving member’s lives.

#NCSL in Action | NCSL Strengthens Savings Culture with SMEC PNG

NCSL recently engaged with the SMEC PNG team through a financial wellness session focused on building a stronger savings culture and empowering staff to better plan for their financial future.

From the session, staff members registered membership and shared positive feedback.

“The session was very well received, and the feedback from staff has been extremely positive. I am encouraged by the level of engagement and look forward to seeing more staff join NCSL in the near future.”

“We truly appreciate the time, effort, and valuable insights shared by NCSL. We also look forward to continuing this strong partnership as part of our ongoing savings culture initiative, particularly in supporting staff to plan and prepare for their short- to medium-term financial needs,” stated Mr Andrew Topo, Manager, People and Culture, Pacific – SMEC PNG.

As a member-owned savings and loan society, NCSL remains committed to supporting its members and partner organisations or employers through financial education, accessible savings and loan products, and ongoing engagement initiatives.
