You must be an existing member to apply for Personal Online Services. To register, download the form and have it completed and submitted with a valid copy of your ID to your nearest NCSL branch or email to Call Centre callcentre@ncsl.com.pg

• What is Personal Online Services?
  Personal Online Services allows you to access your accounts anywhere using a PC or Mobile Phone that has access to internet service.
  You can access the following functions using Mobile Banking:
  • View your balance
  • View your application status
  • View your transaction
  • Download statement
  • Transfer funds – within NCSL and to other financial institutions.
  • Savings Withdrawal
  • Apply for Loan
• Who can apply for Personal Online Services?
  To apply for Personal Online Services, you have to be an active contributing NCSL member over the age of 18 years
• How can I apply for Personal Online Services?
  You can apply for Personal Online Services at any NCSL branch or download the form on our website and email it to callcentre@ncsl.com.pg
• What are the requirements for Personal Online Services?
  Existing members will only provide 1 valid identification (ID copy). eg; NCSL/ NASFUND membership cards. New members must provide 2 forms of ID
• How do I access Personal Online Services?
  Register your email address with a valid identification. Once you have successfully registered, you will receive an email notification confirming registration.
  1. Log in: Log in – NCSL – Online Portal
  2. Enter your login credentials (username and temporary password).
  3. Change your temporary password
  4. Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions
• What if I change email addresses?
  You will be required to complete a Member Update Form to amend your email address on our records. You can call our Call Centre on phone 207 2000 or email callcentre@ncsl.com.pg
• How do I reset my password if I’ve forgotten it?
  1. Log in: Log in – NCSL – Online Portal
  2. Select “forgot password” on the Personal Online Services homepage.
  3. An email notification with your reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
  4. Click on the link and provide new password.
  5. Confirm password
• What happens if I don’t receive a reset link to my email?
  It may mean that you have changed email addresses, and you will need to update your current email address. You can call our Call Centre on phone 207 2000 or email callcentre@ncsl.com.pg to confirm
• Which option do I go to transfer funds to my commercial bank account?
  1. Go to Applications
  2. Savings Withdrawal
• How do I go about registering my commercial bank for the purpose of transferring funds?
  Upon transferring of funds under the Savings Withdrawal function.
  1. Select the New Bank Account option (under Withdrawal Bank Details)
  2. Complete your bank account details.
  3. Ensure to upload a bank statement confirming your name and account number.
  4. Submit Application
• How long does it take for funds to be transferred to commercial bank?
  It takes within 2 hours of the time a transfer is authorized
• Are transfers allowed to third party accounts in commercial banks?
  No. Transfers are only allowed to your own accounts held with commercial banks
• How do I track the status of my Loan Application after I apply?
  Go to the Home tab and select “My Applications”
• Is there a charge for using Personal Online Services?
  Normal Digital fees apply
