To open a Christmas Savings Account, you must first become a member.

• You must be an existing NCSL Member.  
• Must complete a salary deduction authorization form to nominate Christmas savings account. For first time members, complete a Member Application Form and nominate Christmas savings as your optional account.
• Must provide one (1) form of valid ID.
